M-AUDIO KEYRIG 49..CAN IT RUN ON VISTA 32 BIT SP1?

Hi, Thinking of buying a M-audio keyrig 49 keyboard. I’m new to playing the piano, but as I write songs on my acoustic and I’m a big fan of Paul Weller, I wanted that Hammond organ sound effect that the keyrig supplies and ovcourse to begin learning chords. Trouble is… does the keyrig 49 run with vista 32 sp1? Tried looking online and the m-audio website but I get a mixed bag of answers, ‘yes it does’, ‘no it doesn’t, you have to download the drivers etc..’ Sent some emails to m-audio but the usual no reply. Be great if anyone could help…cheers
