A special occasion is coming up and want to mark it. Your girlfriend said yes and you want to tell him what that means to you. You are walking down the road on a sunny day and see if you can burst express how you feel.
Lie down in a quiet place and write your song. This one song is all you need or care about today. Empty your mind and let it soar. That is your tunes. To keep things simple and focused, we are writing a fun, upbeat song that goes with the best structure of a verse-chorus song.
There are two components a song:
1) Melody
Two) Lyrics
1) The Melody – Melody is a natural thing. It is everywhere. These are innumerable. Catch one. Let your imagination trap one and dance with it.
– Start with a few notes to reflect how you feel. That moment of elation is what you want to get. Do not try to force a melody, release it. The first few notes that are naturally led to a complete phrase which would lead to a complete chorus only by repeated phrases. Try some variation of it.
– Use a recording device and record the best variety. Sing the song or sing la la la. do not need to write music, but if you do not keep a record, you forget your tunes like you do a dream.
– A musical phrase is very much like a phrase of speech, except that it needs to be repeated. Anyone who can talk can write a song. You do not need music theory.
2) Lyrics – song structure is a set of lyrics. We're writing a verse-chorus song because it corresponds to a happy mood, its the most popular and also the simplest form.
– Write the first chorus. That is the point of the song. The core of what you want to say. Keep it very simple, adding words to songs and following his line and rhythm.
– The first word or words the chorus is the title of the song. The simultaneous drive home the point of the song and it is repeated after each verse.
– The verses elaborate on simultaneously words and music. The verse melody complements the melody at once and its the same for the lyric.
– A song lyric is not a poetry. Focus on an idea in your lyric, keep it very simple and direct. Each poem elaborates a little more measured. Whether or not it rhymes is up to you but it should follow the rhythm set by the melody.
– The words should follow the lines of music: a high note should have a key word, one that is
important to know what's being said, because that word is emphasized.

simultaneously says "oh blah dee, oh blah daa, la la la la life goes on ", twice. That's it, a simple song, great in its simplicity, a story of everyday life and love. Study structure and how to compliment the verses together, elaborating a little on the story, progressing through time with each verse.
